Custom Duties |

All prices shown at
ShalinCraft site are
exclusive of customs charges, since the rate of customs duties
vary from country to country.
It is our experience that small value personal shipments
rarely attract customs duties. In order to help individual
buyers do their personal shopping at ShalinCraft without any
fears of paying customs duties, ShalinCraft proposes the
following:
ShalinCraft will REFUND customs duties in the following cases:
(a) The customer/addressee/consignee is an individual and not
an organization.
(b) The customer is not a wholesale buyer registered member of
ShalinCraft.
(c) The order should have been made online and payment made
through credit card.
(d) The refund is limited to 20% of the invoice value or US $
100 whichever is lower.
For all refunds under the above conditions, customers should
pay the customs duties as levied and then send the customs
duties paid receipt to ShalinCraft while requesting for refund.
ShalinCraft does not refund customs duties in the following
cases:
(a) The order is from one of our registered wholesale
customers.
(b) The customer/addressee/consignee is an organization/shop
and not an individual.
